Software License

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Lumiverx grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Access and use the Lumiverx platform for educational and training purposes
• Download and use course materials as authorized by your subscription
• Participate in interactive modules and assessments
• Earn and display blockchain-verified certificates upon module completion

You agree NOT to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the platform or its content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software components
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
• Reproduce or redistribute course materials without explicit permission
• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels

All content, features, and functionality of the Lumiverx platform, including but not limited to:

• Software code, algorithms, and AI models
• Course materials, videos, and interactive content
• Graphics, logos, and trademarks
• 3D models, VR simulations, and animations

Are owned by Lumiverx and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Each license type grants different levels of access and is subject to specific terms outlined in your subscription agreement.

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the platform and destroy all copies of downloaded materials.

In no event shall Lumiverx be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:

• Loss of profits, data, or use
• Business interruption
• Cost of substitute services

Lumiverx reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the platform or any part thereof at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes to this license agreement.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
